We are happy that you are here in our little webshop. Your support means a lot and we want to make your shopping (or hoarding – no judgement though) experience with us as pleasant as possible, so below are some guidelines, questions or concerns that you might have about placing an order. WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY/ PROCESS?

SHIPPING

Domestic Shipments (within the UAE)

We ship your packages within 1-2 days. Orders shipped within the UAE (city limits only) typically arrives the next day but still depends on where you live, but give it 2-3 days for it to get to you. If you still haven't received your order after 3 days, contact us using the form below and we will work together to resolve the issue.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.  If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping are all tracked and we will inform you of the tracking number when we have shipped your order/s.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

To avoid any problems with your delivery, kindly double-check your shipping address and contact details.

Please be advised that once your package is shipped, only the courier has control over its arrival date.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

International Shipments 

Flâneur Thoughts ships from Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Delivery charges will be automatically calculated at checkout.

We ship your packages weekly only on Fridays, therefore, to have enough time for packing and processing, cut-off on orders for the week is on Wednesdays of the same week.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.  If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping are all tracked and we will inform you of the tracking number when we have shipped your order/s.

Standard shipments usually take anywhere from 20 to 30 business days through Emirates Post. If you prefer a different courier, please inform us and we will compute and charge a different shipping cost for you.

We do everything we can to meet the delivery times but delivery delays can occasionally occur by factors beyond our control, these delays can be up to a month. If 31 business days have passed, you may contact us to help locate your package.

Important note: Once we send your order out, we no longer have control over when it will arrive at your doorstep. To avoid delays, re-routing, and lost packages, please double-check (even triple!) that all your information are complete and correct. It would also help tremendously if you can provide landmarks, especially if your address is a bit difficult to locate.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number.

Please be aware that Flâneur Thoughts is not responsible for any customs and taxes that may be applied to your order.  All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). We do not have control over these charges and as customs policies vary from country to country, we cannot predict what they may be. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

If you would like to order but your country is not on the list please contact us via our contact form below so we can check and arrange for shipping to your country.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS & EXCHANGES?

In general, we do not accept returns and exchanges. Please carefully consider your purchase before ordering, so we can all help to reduce waste.

We try our best to ensure that all products are properly wrapped to prevent breakage, but if due to some unfortunate and unforeseen circumstances that your items might arrive damaged, please report via our contact form within 24 hours of receiving your order and we will work with you for a possible solution.

We do however accept cancellations of your order/s within 24 hours of purchase.

WHAT ARE FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

You can use American Express, Apple Pay, Mastercard and Visa. 

WILL YOU BE ADDING MORE PRODUCTS?
